Atlantic Airways flytir meira enn 350.000 ferðafólk til og úr Føroyum um árið við 12 ymiskum ferðamálum beinleiðis úr Vágum. Flogið verður beinleiðis til Keypmannahavnar, Billund, Aalborg, Keflavíkar, Oslo, Edinburgh, Barcelona, París, Mallorca, Gran Canaria, Tenerife og London.
Umframt rutuflúgving út í heim er Atlantic Airways tænastuveitari í innlendis tyrluflúgving og er felagið eisini týðandi partur av tilbúgvingini í Føroyum.
Flotin hjá Atlantic Airways telur fýra flogfør og tvær tyrlur. Felagið hevur tríggjar Airbussar; tveir A320neo og tveir A320. Øll flogførini hjá Atlantic Airways eru serútgjørd til at flúgva upp á Føroyar m.a. fylgisveinaskipanini, RNP AR 0.1, ið ger tað gjørligt hjá flogførunum at lenda í Vágum í munandi verri sýni enn áður.
Tær báðar tyrlurnar eru av slagnum Leonardo AW139. Tyrlurnar eru partur av tilbúgving Føroya og kunnu eitt nú flúgva heilt út á 200 fjórðinga sjómarkið, har tær kunnu arbeiða í 30 minuttir í bjargingarátøkum. Umborð er pláss fyri 12 ferðafólkum, og tá ið tyrlan verður nýtt í bjargingarátøkum verður kabinan umskipað, so tvær børur, umframt at tvey av manningini og fýra avvarðandi kunnu vera við. Eisini eru tyrlurnar væl útgjørdar við m.a. RNP- og nightvision-tøkni.
Tíðliga í 2025 letur nýggi simulatordepilin upp, har tað fer at bera til at venja í spildurnýggju AW139 og A320 simulatorunum.

Atlantic Airways is an international company and the Faroese national airline. We are bringing the Faroe Islands closer to the rest of the world and making the Faroe Islands accessible, as well as connecting the islands (helicopter flying) and creating security.

Atlantic Airways transports more than 350,000 passengers to and from the Faroe Islands each year with 12 different destinations directly from Vágar. The flight will be direct to Copenhagen, Billund, Aalborg, Keflavik, Oslo, Edinburgh, Barcelona, Paris, Mallorca, Gran Canaria, Tenerife and London.
In addition to international scheduled flights, Atlantic Airways is a service provider for domestic helicopter flights and is also an important part of the response in the Faroe Islands.
Atlantic Airways’ fleet consists of four aircraft and two helicopters. The company has three Airbuses; two A320neos and two A320s. All Atlantic Airways aircraft are specially equipped to fly to the Faroe Islands. the escort system, RNP AR 0.1, which makes it possible for the aircraft to land in Vágar in considerably worse conditions than before.
The two helicopters are of the Leonardo AW139 type.
